This is simply because, Google has changed its policy on the utilization of Google Maps and other services related to its API. Starting the 29th of November, these services will become chargeable. This means that if your website uses any of these services, such as Google Maps, you will need to sign in with a Google Account that is linked to your username and a valid credit card number. For most sites, the costs will be minimal but might be higher if you have more complex functions that require a higher number of requests.
