The results are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal or professional advice.

Acxcom does not guarantee the absolute accuracy of the results generated.
The user remains responsible for the interpretation and use of the information obtained.

By submitting a URL, you confirm that you are authorized to analyze the website concerned.

  1. Intellectual property

The tool, its operation, methodology, and content are the property of Acxcom.

  1. Modification

ACXcom reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.

 

Additional provisions

These policies specific to the AI analysis tool take precedence for its use.

Acxcom places great importance on the protection of personal information.
This policy explains what data is collected through the AI analysis tool available at https://ai.acxcom.com, as well as how it is used and protected.

2. Information collected
We may collect the following information:
• Email address (when a user requests a full report)
• IP address
• Browsing and interaction data
• Technical data related to the analyzed website (submitted URL)
We do not collect:
• Full name
• Mailing address
• Date of birth
• Banking information

As part of the use of the tool, additional technical information may be automatically collected, including, but not limited to, approximate location data (such as city and time zone, derived from the IP address), as well as information related to the device and browsing environment (device type, operating system, browser, language, and traffic source). The tool also performs an automated analysis of the submitted website in order to extract certain publicly available information, such as the presence of contact details, social media links, local signals, or other relevant elements for evaluation purposes. This data is used solely to improve the performance of the tool, generate statistical analyses, and optimize the user experience.

3. Purpose of data collection
The information is collected in order to:
• Generate and deliver a personalized AI analysis report
• Improve the performance and accuracy of the tool
• Measure website usage and performance
• Optimize our advertising campaigns (remarketing)
• Contact by email users who requested a full report to offer implementation of the report’s recommendations or to propose our services
• Produce anonymized statistical analyses

These providers may process certain data outside of Quebec or Canada.
